What Affects Your Rental Quote?

Every event is different. To provide the most accurate quote, we review the details of your event before confirming pricing.

Event Date

Availability may depend on your requested date and how far in advance you book.

Guest Count

The number of chairs, tables, and rental items needed will affect the total.

Rental Items Needed

Chair covers, linens, runners, sashes, and décor accessories are priced based on the items selected.

Color Selection

Black and white options may be available sooner. Custom colors may require advance ordering.

Setup Needs

Pricing may vary depending on whether setup, delivery, pickup, or special placement is needed.

Event Location

Travel distance and venue access may affect delivery or setup fees.

Need A Custom Color?

Dallas’ Elegant Chair Covers LLC offers standard black and white rental options, with custom colors available by request. If your event requires specific colors such as pink, blue, orange, gold, silver, or another theme color, please request those details early.

Custom color items may require additional ordering time, so we recommend submitting your event request as soon as possible.

Please Note: Custom color requests may require at least one week or more depending on item availability and shipping time.

Reserving Your Event Date

A deposit may be required to secure your event date and rental inventory. Deposits help ensure your requested items are reserved for your celebration.

How It Works:

1. Submit Your Event Details

Tell us your event date, guest count, location, and rental needs.

2. Receive A Custom Quote

We review availability, inventory, colors, and setup details.

3. Complete Your Rental Agreement

Once your quote is approved, you’ll receive the rental agreement or event contract.

4. Pay Your Deposit

After availability is confirmed, you can submit your deposit to reserve your date.

Deposits are accepted after event availability and rental details are confirmed.

Deposit & Refund Policy

Customers have 24–48 hours after paying the deposit to cancel and request a refund. After that grace period, deposits become non-refundable because the event date, rental inventory, and preparation time are being reserved.

 

Custom colors or special-order items may also be non-refundable once ordered.
